6 & 12 MONTH WEIGHT LOSS GUARANTEE
To qualify for our 6 & 12 month guarantee you have to be on treatment for a full 6 months with us to allow our physicians the time needed to customize your treatment to your body. Everyone’s body is different and our physicians will customize your plan until success. If you pass the full 6 months of treatment and don’t lose weight then you will be refunded.
PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS:
State and Federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications after being dispensed by the pharmacy. We will not issue a refund unless you qualify for the guarantee described in the paragraph above or if you’re denied a prescription. If your prescription medication arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our patient care team: 844-768-3001 or email us, support@clinicsecret.com.
ID VERIFICATION & FULL BODY IMAGE (CLOTHES ON)
Prescription medication laws require we verify your identity and have an ID on file for medical records just like the doctors office requires in person. We will not issue a refund due to not wanting to share an image of ID or full body image. ALL Telehealth providers will request this info either before or after purchase as its legal process.
DENIAL OF PRESCRIPTION
Our website filters out candidates from purchasing based on responses given. In the case you complete a purchase and the doctor denies your prescription we will issue a full refund.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel up to 1 hour after purchasing for a full refund. 1 hour after purchase all sales are final and the terms listed above will apply.
LOST PACKAGES:
In the rare case your package is lost in transit, Clinic Secret will reship your prescription or non-prescription order. We will work with your carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to locate your package first and have it redirected if needed. Sometimes weather may delay your package delivery time. Since we currently do not ship refrigerated products, your product will not be affected by increased transit time.
